January, 2020 - Welcome to DFW Weekend! Our goal here is very simple. We wish to share with you our experiences and knowledge of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Our founder/editor, JML, has lived here for over 20 years and we spend almost every weekend exploring new restaurants, museums, landmarks, sites and venues. We have had season tickets to the Dallas Museum of Art, Texas Motor Speedway, Six Flags and more! Our interest are wide and varied and we hope that you will enjoy our insights.

UPDATE: January 2021 - For anyone who survived 2020, you know that it was a huge challenge of a year. Covid-19 shut down our ability to truly experience the wonders of the businesses around DFW. But, we didn't stop our patronage. We just changed the way that we did things. We ordered in, we used takeout, we even bought meal kits from restaurants and cooked their signature dishes at home. We had to avoid venues that offered large gatherings in the past, but we know that we will soon be back.
For 2021, we are making the move to Blogspot from a hosted domain. This will allow us to continue to provide our reviews into the future, in a financially responsible way. We look forward to what the future brings, and we are glad that you are along for the ride.
